The studio is a sanctum — a sacred space where matter shifts into presence and where beings bearing the imprint of other worlds come into form. Creation is a state of focused attention for me. Clay changes under my hands, breathing and resisting. I work in currents of concentration and energy. Each being emerges at its own pace, as if searching for its own shape. Every sculpture is a fragment of a story that chose to enter the material world.
